We had a major problem with all the sockets in our kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. Mike arrived an hour after my call. He was polite, friendly and importantly very knowledgeable and efficient. He took the time and trouble to explain how he was diagnosing the issue, including drawing me a diagram! A couple of hours later, the problem was sorted out. I have no hesitation in recommending him. A first class service.
