Absolutely fantastic experience with Ibby at A Windmill Electrics. We had an emergency RCD issue and called around several places. This was the first company to answer. They arrived in under an hour and the charge was very reasonable for an evening emergency call out (less than half the price we paid for the same issue with a different company the week before). Ibby resolved the issue and even stayed for nearly the remainder of the hour that we paid for to talk us through how to resolve it if it happened again. He was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again if we have a need.

Ibby was quick to respond to my urgent query and was able to identify and resolve faults that others had previously failed to find and address. Ibby followed up initial visit to assess rewiring of flat promptly and found creative ways to resolve challenging issues in the best and least invasive ways. He also worked over the bank holiday to finish the job! He’s amazing and efficient and super nice 👍🏻
