We had a washing machine leak from the flat above that went straight into our main switchboard.
I texted Ishmael, who called immediately to give initial advice. He said he would be able to attend the next afternoon.
The following day, he contacted to say he could attend in the morning. After a thorough check, he made good the water damage, and ensured our electricity was restored safely.
As always, really helpful - often when we are in need.

I chose all of the above options as to why I chose Diligent. Ishmael was great! He sorted wiring and fitted a new plug so that I was able to have new washing machine installed. I would use Diligent every time!
