I called Quantum to repair my boiler that had stopped working and we’d lost our hot water. From start to finish, professional and thorough. Dan was able to change the broken part on the boiler and shortly had everything working again. 5 stars to Quantum team🎉🎉

I had a fantastic experience with Trish from Quantum Electricians & Plumbers. Her service was impeccable, and she was incredibly friendly and polite throughout our phone conversation. She patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with all the information I needed. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made dealing with our issues much easier. Used Quantum thrice now, for different plumbing and heating issues. Good quality of service and efficient with the use of time. For one of the issues the visit had to be rearranged at short notice due to the engineer becoming unavailable. The issue was not urgent though and given the overall experience I feel that 5 stars is deserved. Kudos to Charlie for the engineering work and to Trish for assisting with navigating through the visit rearrangement.

Called in the morning one day last week as something was triggering the fuse box. Billy was able to attend later in the day, he kept me up to date through the day with his ETA and when he arrived he was really friendly and chatty, found the fault and left us with working electricity. There was a part that needed changing, Billy again kept in contact and arranged to come back on Saturday morning to fit, turned up on time, tidied up after himself and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service we recieved and felt the costs were reasonable and fair, especially considering a same day emergency appointment. Would definitely book Billy again if we needed any work doing.

Joe arrived 1 hour after booking and fixed our boiler which had broken down unexpectedly. Couldn’t be happier with the swift response and help on the day. Not the cheapest but definitely the best if you want professionals you can trust in your house. 5 stars! 🌟
