I called Sophie this morning since one of our lamps stopped working. She was heading out of town, but promptly went above and beyond to try to help me by phone. She is a fantastic communicator (I am the least handy person ever and was able to follow her instructions) and I’m floored that she would take a genuine interest in helping me even when it meant I could ultimately solve the problem myself.
